From this morning's Earlybird:
• "Centrist Democratic senators will face a barrage of advertising from the left and the right as they return to their districts for the Thanksgiving holiday in the wake of Saturday's key procedural vote to move comprehensive health reform legislation forward," CongressDailyPM (subscription) reports. "Top targets are Sens. Blanche Lincoln, D-Ark., Ben Nelson, D-Neb., and Mary Landrieu, D-La. The Republican National Committee is up with a Web ad today accusing each of betraying different principles by voting to advance healthcare legislation."
• "Two days after health reform cleared its first major hurdle in the Senate, two groups launched a joint television ad campaign," The Hill reports. "The AARP and American Medical Association (AMA) are undertaking the effort to promote the legislation's effect on Medicare."
• "Lobbying over abortion was turning into a sleepy business. But the health care debate has brought a new boom, and both sides are exploiting it with fund-raising appeals," the New York Times reports. "Abortion opponents have been blanketing their supporters with solicitations and alarms since House Democrats laid out their health care proposals three months ago."
