Benjamin Powell, has joined the law firm of WilmerHale as a partner in its regulatory and government-affairs department after serving as general counsel in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and as a special assistant to the president and an associate White House counsel.Frank Micciche is now a senior adviser with the government-affairs practice of McKenna Long & Aldridge. Micciche was previously a director of state-federal relations for then-Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney.
