Housing issues will always be important for Americans. I think people should be patient as the government sorts out the housing issues we've all seen. In fact, I'm seeing some Los Angeles real estate prices starting to go back up. To me, that's a sign that regulation is working!

Tweeting is all well and good but the housing market is in the dolldrums so much at the moment that the best thing that home owners can do is to renovate their property. Performing something like bathroom renovations can add greatly to your own property's value.
