Lori Prater -- who handled tax, judiciary, and financial services issues for Gordon for nearly six years -- will replace Kara Calvert, who left ITI to join the Franklin Square Group. Prater has also worked for Republican Rep. Tom Campbell and Democratic Rep. Mike Honda, both of California.
